We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apartment/Property Manager to join our team at Property Management Personnel. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our apartment community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Operations: Supervise and direct the daily operation of the apartment community, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and occupancy.
- Vendor Management: Obtain and work with current vendors to upgrade and maintain the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition.
- Marketing and Leasing: Create, implement, and assess the marketing of the community to attract new residents and maintain a high occupancy level.
- Customer Service: Address concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Direct maintenance staff to ensure the asset is maintained, service requests are addressed in a timely fashion, and apartments are ready for move-in.
- Administrative Tasks: Issue various legal notices and letters, and implement policies and procedures set forth by the managing company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a 75+ apartment home community.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong leadership, communication, management, and sales skills.
- Property/asset management software proficiency.
- Microsoft/WEB-based programs, including Word and Excel.
- Recent Fair Housing training.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
