We are seeking a highly skilled Water Technician Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in restoring more than just property – you will be helping to rebuild lives and communities affected by disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support in mitigation efforts for clients, including pumping and extracting water, mold removal, and using specialized equipment under supervision.
  • Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
  • Understand and follow MSDS protocols for chemical products used during mitigation processes.
Requirements
  • A deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work well under time constraints, meeting specific deadlines.
  • Frequent travel and work at night or on weekends may be required.
