Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction industry team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
  • Performing routine checks and maintenance to ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers, and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Responding to emergency HVAC calls and providing immediate repair or maintenance services.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures in all tasks.
  • Collaborating with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
  • Providing recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of Commercial HVAC experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing.
  • Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues promptly.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
  • A valid driver's license.
