Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our System Float Pool, you will utilize your extensive patient care expertise in various specialty areas across our network of hospitals. Your role will include:
- Evaluating, planning, and administering respiratory care treatments as prescribed by physicians or in accordance with established protocols.
- Delivering respiratory care services to inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Providing emergency, critical, and general respiratory services to patients of all ages, including neonates, children, adults, and seniors.
- Graduation from an A.M.A. accredited Respiratory Care program; A.A.S. degree minimum.
- Possession of a valid New Jersey Respiratory Care License.
- Certification as a C.R.T. and R.R.T. is required.
- Current CPR certification; ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
- Experience in Critical Care, Pediatric, and General Floor care is essential.
