Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, serving hand-crafted beverages, and delivering outstanding food service.
  • Process orders accurately and enter them into the POS system, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions with precision, handling payments and processing change with ease.

  • Assist with inventory management by transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 21 years old
  • One year of bartending experience with certification from a state, federal, or local training program.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Verbal and written English language skills to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register, make change, and perform calculations.
