Job Description

A successful Head of Department will provide guidance and mentorship to other teachers, manage classroom behavior, and write effective lesson plans. They will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant teaching experience, preferably as a lead teacher
  • An undergraduate degree in Education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues
