About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine diagnostic sonographic procedures in a careful, compassionate, and respectful manner.
- Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures.
- Obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program for radiographers or ultra-sonographers.
- Current Ultrasound registry through the ARDMS required.
- Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular experience preferred.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
