Job Overview

Symple Lending is a pioneering fintech company revolutionizing the lending industry by empowering customers to achieve financial freedom. Our mission is to provide seamless and efficient lending solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and Lightning Flows.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and groups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and build insightful reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct data migrations and data quality efforts to ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users.
  • Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce functionality to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Occasionally engage in development tasks, such as creating and maintaining Apex code, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components to support custom solutions and enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to Salesforce solutions based on the latest trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator, App Builder, and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certifications are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Administration with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, data architecture, and data management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into creative and effective technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
