We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiving professional to join our team at Arcadia at Limerick Pointe, a premier senior living community. As a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on care and physical and emotional support to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.
  • Oversee a designated group of residents during the shift, observing and reporting any changes in their condition.
  • Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells, notifying supervisors of any increased care needs.
  • Assist with continence management, serving and collecting food trays, and completing resident laundry as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and work areas, practicing good standard care precautions.
  • Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
  • Participate in life skills and other life enrichment activities, engaging residents in meaningful interactions.
  • Greet and assist external customers, guests, family members, and team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Certificates, licenses, and registrations required:
    • Nurse's Aide certification a plus
    • Must be 18 years of age
    • Must complete a background check
