Job Description

We are looking for Production Equipment Specialists for the 2nd shift to become part of our expanding team in the organic lawn care product manufacturing sector. This position offers a starting wage of $23 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and higher pay rates.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with potential for up to 20 hours of overtime weekly
  • Starting at $23.00/hr with weekly pay and potential for increased rates upon hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the production line operates efficiently and meets quality benchmarks
  • Coordinate with heavy equipment operators to manage material supply
  • Perform cleaning and inventory management tasks
  • Collaborate with material handlers to determine the appropriate materials for production
  • Maintain the flow of materials to production lines by ensuring shakers are adequately filled
  • Verify that the correct roll stock is utilized and positioned on the machinery
  • Make necessary adjustments to machinery to uphold quality and quantity standards
  • Conduct quality assessments, including weight and volume measurements
  • Communicate with material handlers regarding material moisture levels and potential changes
  • Perform cleaning duties to prevent material buildup in work areas, adhering to safety protocols
  • Complete production documentation accurately and promptly
  • Meet established quality and quantity production targets
  • Notify maintenance personnel of any operational issues
  • Adhere to safety practices to ensure personal and team safety.
