Job Description:

As a Print Sales Specialist at Staples, you will be an integral part of our retail team, providing exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Print Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide professional finished products using print and production equipment.

You will work collaboratively with customers, listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will enable you to understand customers' copy print requirements and offer appropriate total print solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers in the Print Solutions department and responding promptly to their queries
  • Using order intake tools to capture project information and provide personalized recommendations
  • Assisting customers with tasks in the self-service area, utilizing copy machines and PC rentals
  • Identifying potential leads and generating new business opportunities
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to notice quality issues
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
