Position Overview

At Carespring, we offer a unique chance to get compensated while you undergo training to become a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA).

Compensation: Up to $13-$14 Per Hour During Training

*Salary increases upon completion of certification*

Your role will be vital to our residents, requiring a strong commitment and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to resident call lights
  • Providing ice and water to residents between meals
  • Assisting with hydration and evening snack distribution
  • Making beds for residents
  • Helping with laundry tasks
  • Labeling personal items to avoid cross-contamination
  • Setting up dining areas for meal service
  • Engaging in one-on-one interactions and offering companionship
  • Supporting recreational activities
  • Completing additional non-direct care tasks as assigned by nursing staff

Qualifications:

  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for elder care
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the healthcare sector
  • Eligibility to work in a skilled nursing environment
