Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with processing sales transactions, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support store operations, including setting up displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, following prescribed recipes and techniques.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to cleaning, sanitation, and operational standards.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Previous food handling experience preferred.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Outstanding attitude with the willingness to learn and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
  • Flexible availability throughout the academic year, including peak periods.
