Server Representative

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Shrimp Basket Holdings. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and server stations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol.
• Basic mathematical, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a point-of-sale system.

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment with frequent customer interactions. The noise level can be loud, and the employee may be exposed to hazards including cuts, slips, trips, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
