Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a smile and use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs. Ask open-ended questions to learn about customers' project needs and escort them to the desired product.
- Sales and Service: Process customer transactions at the cutting counter and cash register in an efficient and friendly manner. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and make recommendations to drive sales.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support inventory management and merchandising efforts.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.
