**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee daily operations within the yard to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure safe and effective work practices.
  • Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and employees to provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify, weigh, and document inbound and outbound shipments accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records using computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with Dispatchers and the Transportation Department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold safety standards and protocols throughout the yard.

**Qualifications:**

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with the trucking industry and heavy equipment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Experience in working with dispatch and transportation teams.
