Key Responsibilities:
- Promote SKF's seals products to customers and provide technical support
- Collaborate with other departments to define and map target industries and customers for sales growth
- Develop and execute internal and external training programs
- Participate in trade shows to develop relationships, leads, and contacts
- Provide installation assistance, troubleshooting, and failure analysis to customers
Requirements and Qualifications:
- BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
- 10+ years of experience in application engineering, product development, or maintenance engineering
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability
- Ability to manage time and resources to meet organizational goals
- Basic PC software and CRM skills
- Proven track record of proactive and continuous improvement within area of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Travel required to visit customers and SKF locations
