Compensation

This Advanced Practice Provider opportunity offers a competitive annual salary of approximately $160,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package also includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our primary care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of our clinical programs. Your expertise will help drive patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Provide routine check-ups, preventive care, and treatment of acute illnesses to patients, ensuring timely and effective diagnosis and management of conditions.
  2. Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination, efficient communication, and optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Promote Continuous Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, reduce readmissions, and improve overall healthcare delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience working in a physician practice setting, preferably in primary care.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current PA license in the appropriate state, NCCPA certification, and DEA registration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
