Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile. About the Role

The Guest Service Associate is a critical role within our organization, requiring a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and experience. In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional hospitality services to guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick-up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.
  • Maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
  • Using salutation of the day and welcoming guests to the location.
  • Parking and retrieving vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • At least one month of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • Ability to read and write standard English language.
  • Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $19.08 per hour plus $20-$25 per hour in tips, resulting in a total hourly pay range of $39.08-$44.08. Additionally, employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees also have access to our 401(k) retirement savings plan.
