We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our team at a community hospital in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, employed position with a strong emphasis on academics and trauma.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a busy plastics and hand practice with a strong focus on trauma and resident education. The successful candidate will be appointed to the Department of Surgery and will have responsibilities relating to serving as a faculty member, providing traditional inpatient and outpatient services, teaching, and on-call coverage.
Requirements- Completion of Plastic Surgery residency training
- Board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery
- Previous faculty experience preferred
- Board certification and/or eligibility in Hand Surgery
- Comfortable with a teamwork approach for patient management
- 4 weeks paid time off
- 1 week CME time off with CME stipend
