Job Summary:

As a Private Duty Nursing Professional with IntelliChoice Home Care, you will provide one-on-one nursing care in the home to critical, complex clients focusing on trach and/or vent patients of all ages. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting

Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

Current RN license

CPR certification (in-person training only)

TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
