Role Overview: The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance, addressing inquiries and needs related to MVP's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established procedures to ensure courteous and timely service to customers and distributors.
  • Generate quotes, sales orders, and invoices based on requests received via phone, fax, or email.
  • Assist sales teams with client and distributor maintenance communications.
  • Monitor and relay real-time information regarding order and lead time inquiries, including shipment notifications and tracking details.
  • Act as a liaison among technical services, sales, and customers to resolve urgent issues.
  • Serve as a support center for resolving inquiries related to quoting, shipping, invoicing, payments, and returns.
  • Prepare and distribute receipts, bills, and statements as needed.
  • Conduct research for accounts receivable and credit departments to facilitate credit memo issuance.
  • Complete necessary export documentation for shipping processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales support is preferred.
  • Associate Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred experience in international shipping and logistics.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Experience in marketing support and communication is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Engage in physical activities such as standing, sitting for extended periods, reaching, and pushing.
  • Use personal protective equipment in a manufacturing environment where safety is prioritized.
