Your Role

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily logistics operations to ensure the effective functioning of your designated area. The role involves a schedule from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm, with a competitive hourly wage.

Your Responsibilities

  • Propose enhancements to improve operational efficiency and processes.
  • Utilize material handling equipment effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Logistics Associates.
  • Promote an inclusive culture within a diverse workforce where all team members feel valued and secure.
  • Assist in developing procedures to optimize the operation and utilization of all logistics equipment.
  • Implement safety protocols to protect personnel, equipment, and property.
  • Manage the warehouse cleanliness and organization program.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Be prepared to work additional hours and weekends as needed.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience operating forklifts, including reach and sit-down models.
  • Basic technical skills and mathematical proficiency.
