Sales Team Lead

About the Role:
Carter's is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by Carter's and be able to answer customer questions and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
