Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records in workload management and asset management systems.
- Provide tier I and II support across the organizational service offerings.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, including customers, peers, and management.
- Follow established documentation and checklists to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
- Engage in team meetings and collaborative activities to enhance departmental cohesion.
- Utilize effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues promptly and minimize customer impact.
- Work independently once tasks are assigned, demonstrating self-direction and initiative.
- Show a willingness to learn advanced technical skills and concepts.
- Maintain ongoing self-education related to technology and customer service best practices.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.
- Associate degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of technical support experience, or 6+ years of technical support experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in deploying, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, including workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Experience with software deployment, repair, and maintenance, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking principles and client/server concepts.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate various environments safely.
