We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Nurse RN - ICU Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Perform various medical procedures, such as inserting IV lines and ventilators
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • 2+ years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an ICU setting
  • Strong knowledge of critical care principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and stand for long periods
Compensation:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour, with a tax-free stipend and benefits package
