About the Role:
As a Senior Care Professional, you will provide basic nursing, ADL Assistance, and personal care services to residents. You will prepare, administer, and document medication and diabetic insulin checks, adhering to nursing standards of care and regulations under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse. Your responsibilities will include efficiently reporting incidents and changes in residents' conditions to supervising nurses and assisting with residents' recreational programs as directed.

Responsibilities:
- Provides basic nursing, ADL assistance, and personal care services to residents
- Prepares, administers, and documents medication and diabetic insulin checks
- Reports incidents and changes in residents' condition to supervising nurse
- Assists with residents' recreational programs
- Complies with rules regarding residents' rights
- Assists with residents' admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Supports Dining staff with residents' food and beverage service

Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized Nurse Aide Training Program
- Completion of Medication Administration, Insulin, Activities, CPR, and First Aid courses
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Aide Certification and Registered Medication Aide Certification from the Virginia Board of Nursing
