Position Overview

The Cardiac Rhythm Observer plays a critical role in our Telemetry Surveillance Center, responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, identifying potential issues, and communicating critical information to healthcare teams. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Observe and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying potential abnormalities and communicating critical information to healthcare teams.
  • Apply and discontinue telemetry services as instructed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient data and telemetry services.
  • Assist staff members as needed to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1 year of clinical experience in a related area (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Not Applicable (Licensure/Certification Requirements)
