  2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, rotating stock to ensure freshness and minimizing waste.
  3. Stocking and Merchandising: Stock and merchandise dairy and frozen products in a neat and organized manner, ensuring that all products are easily accessible to customers.
  4. Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company standards and regulations.
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales floor goals and objectives.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stocked and merchandised.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 60 lbs. occasionally and 40 lbs. constantly, as well as stand for extended periods of time.
  • Knowledge of Dairy/Frozen Food Operations: Familiarity with dairy and frozen food products, including storage and handling procedures.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
