Travel Nurse RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our Case Management Department, you will be responsible for daily operations, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the delivery of initial psychosocial assessments and follow-up assessments for discharge planning.
- Maintain current knowledge of resources available within the community.
- Ensure the accurate and timely implementation and evaluation of new and existing programs.
- Engage and evaluate competency-based performance of staff members.
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide daily review for complex or catastrophic cases and treatment plans.
- Provide education to case management staff on performance improvement, plans, and organizes orientation, and in-service training for staff members.
- Collaborate with the Manager to build, monitor, and evaluate collaborative work processes among case managers.
- Monitor timely and accurate processing by case managers to post levels of care such as infusion services, homecare agencies.
- Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards, and behaviors as outlined in the HFHS' Customer Service Policy.
- Must practice customer skills as provided through on-going training and in-services.
- Must possess personal qualities including being self-directed, flexible, committed to the team concept, demonstrate teamwork, initiative, willingness to learn, open to new learning experiences, accepts and respects diversity without judgment, and demonstrates customer service values.
