About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a sales associate with cash handling responsibilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized cash handling area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash transactions and ensure accurate settlement of the scanner cash register.
- Maintain a clean and inviting cash handling area, restocking goods as needed.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, offering advice and assistance as required.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:
- A commercial apprenticeship or professional experience in the retail sector, with a passion for trade and customer service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
