Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Float Pool team at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care and support to patients in various medical/surgical units. This is a full-time, 0.90 FTE, day position with a competitive salary range of $31.02.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, mouth and skin care, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide patients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed.
  • Document relevant patient care data and maintain unit supplies.
  • May provide clerical support to the unit, including order entry, chart processing, and answering telephones.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
  • Certified Nurse Assistant - Washington.
  • Basic Life Support.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent lifting, bending, and stooping. You will be exposed to biohazard, body fluids, and airborne particles. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information is required.
