Job Summary:The Medical/Surgery RN will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for our patients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- One (1) year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical/surgical or endoscopy setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
