We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Expert to join our team as a MAC Brand Specialist. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

• Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations on MAC products.
• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets for MAC products, contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest MAC products, trends, and techniques, sharing your expertise with customers and colleagues.
• Store Standards: Maintain a high level of store standards, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product replenishment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals, share knowledge, and provide support.

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in a beauty retail environment, preferably with MAC.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and sales acumen.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
