• Utilize extensive experience and judgment to strategize and achieve objectives independently.

• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot information assurance issues related to hardware and software.

• Offer specialized guidance to enhance performance, resilience, and protection against cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.

• Engage in consulting initiatives that align with client strategic goals and deliver impactful results.

• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of strategic challenges, providing insights for effective implementation.

• Facilitate educational sessions and provide assistance in resolving issues, analyzing trends, and developing procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Education and Experience:

• No Degree: 12 years of general experience, with 10 years in Cybersecurity and FISMA compliance.

• Bachelor's Degree: 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity and FISMA compliance.

• Master's Degree: 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity and FISMA compliance.

Required Certifications:

• Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)

• CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP)

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

• GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC)

• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity principles, practices, and procedures to ensure secure system integration and operation.

• In-depth knowledge of NIST SP 800 series publications, particularly related to Risk Management Framework and FedRAMP.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial audit standards and classified system requirements.

• Proficient in evaluating security controls against FISMA, FIPS, and NIST guidelines.

• Experience in vulnerability scanning, assessment, and analysis.

• Knowledge of operating systems and network configurations, including LAN and WAN.

• Strong foundation in information security principles and associated technologies.
