About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our ICU, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular and respiratory conditions
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
