Your Role: As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding coffee experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will excel in a bustling environment and collaborate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for coffee and skill in preparing traditional espresso drinks, alongside a keen awareness of contemporary trends in the coffee and tea sector.
  • Consistently produce high-quality espresso shots and create beautiful latte art.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Engage with colleagues and patrons, providing warm and genuine hospitality.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a barista in a comparable setting.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the role.
