Position Overview:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language challenges in students.
  • Design and execute personalized therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions aimed at improving communication skills.
  • Work in partnership with educators, families, and other specialists to monitor and support student progress.
  • Keep detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student advancements.
  • Engage in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to assist in setting educational goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the relevant state.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
