Polysom Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Polysom Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a Polysom Technologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluations and treatment of sleep disorders, under the general supervision of the Clinical Director (MD) or other designee.

• Gather and analyze patient information, including medical history, physical information, medications, and procedure requests.
• Review and complete documentation, ensuring accurate recording of patient information.
• Explain procedures and orient patients to the sleep center.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment for testing, ensuring proper functioning and making adjustments as needed.
• Clean sleep equipment according to manufacturers' recommendations.
• Perform routine positive airway pressure (PAP) mask fitting.
• Follow procedural protocols to ensure collection of appropriate data.
• Oversee and perform difficult and unusual procedures and therapeutic interventions.
• Assist with scoring sleep/wake stages and clinical events.
