Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician-Level 1 to join our team at Veterans Prime, Inc. as an Industrial Equipment Specialist. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment in an industrial setting, with a focus on preventative maintenance and ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain large power equipment, including lifts and pallet jacks, to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
  • Access and inspect freight and equipment in elevated areas, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair forklifts, conveyors, building equipment, and automated systems, utilizing technical manuals and blueprints as needed.
  • Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner, documenting all repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Write detailed reports and documents to communicate work completed and issues requiring attention.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical, electronics, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Welding skills and experience.
  • Electrical and mechanical automation expertise.
  • Industrial electronics knowledge and experience.
