Exterior Groundskeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Exterior Groundskeeper to join our team at Allied Universal Janitorial Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our client's property.

• Clean and service our client's property to the highest standards
• Assist patrons and customers in a friendly and engaging manner
• Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery, including scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors
• Work in various environments, including cold weather, rain, snow, or heat, for extended periods
• Lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail and reliability

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication skills with customers, patrons, and employees
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour
• Weekly pay every Thursday
