We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Stability Direct. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer all forms of respiratory care and treatment to patients, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medications.
- Monitor patients' oxygen saturation, end tidal CO2, and blood gas analysis, and adjust therapy as needed.
- Perform routine surveillance and equipment inspection to ensure proper use and functioning of respiratory equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to modify therapy and provide patient education.
- Participate in patient care rounds and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- 1 year of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a critical care setting.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
