Inspire Brands is seeking a highly skilled technical leader to spearhead the development of mobile applications for our global brands.

As a technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

Responsibilities
Lead the development efforts for cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.
Drive the activities of the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery of high-quality code.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Champion scalable, reusable, and stable solutions that align with business objectives.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
Facilitate the implementation of modern CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure compliance with app store guidelines and understand key metrics for successful deployment.
Contribute to architectural decisions and provide insights for future enhancements.

Education and Experience Qualifications
4-year degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years of experience in developing mobile applications.
3+ years of experience with React Native.
Past work experience as a lead or demonstrated aptitude to fulfill in a lead-level engineering post.

Required Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
Extensive experience in React Native development for cross-platform mobile applications.
Proficiency with Redux, RTK Query, or similar libraries.
Strong understanding of API design and development.
Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes for containerization or similar.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers towards achieving technical excellence.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving innovation.

Nice to Have
Experience with app store submission processes and metrics.
Experience with Mobile DevOps workflow automation.

This position sits within our Atlanta Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 60% of the time.
