Radiology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Radiology team at Boston Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patients throughout the continuum of care before, during, and after imaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patients throughout the continuum of care, including pre-procedure preparation, procedural care, and post-procedure recovery.
- Rotate through various roles, including Radiology PACU and assessment, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments, provide procedural care, and coordinate patient care activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of Critical Care, Radiology, ED, peri-operative, procedural, or Inpatient experience.
- Pediatric experience and PALS certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, and superb collaborative skills.
