Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer and Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and certifying defense systems in support of US national security policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and certify defense systems to ensure compliance with technical requirements
  • Develop and implement systems engineering solutions to support national security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system concerns and issues
  • Provide technical expertise to support the development of system architecture and design methodologies
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform system design and development decisions
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with systems analysis, design, development, or evaluation
  • Experience with Cameo, DoD Aircraft Systems, and power delivery systems
  • Knowledge of system architecture and design methodologies, data collection and analysis, and system evaluation
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AMAC systems, Model-Based Systems Engineering, and Independent Verification and Validation
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-461, Hazard of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance, and logic devices and embedded systems
  • Ability to communicate advanced concepts in electrical engineering clearly and translate to non-technical individuals
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD.

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
