About Us: Situated in the vibrant downtown area, Centro Mexican Kitchen celebrates the rich and inspired flavors of Mexico, complemented by regional beverages and warm hospitality that transports our guests to another realm. We aim to fulfill 'vacation dreams' through our culinary offerings.
What You Can Expect:

Expectations:
- The Assistant Culinary Leader will report directly to and collaborate with the Chef and General Manager.
- Bring knowledge and experience to contribute to the success of a bustling kitchen.
- Experience in Latin/Mexican cuisine is preferred.
- Oversee kitchen equipment and facilities.
- Prepare outstanding dishes, lead a fantastic team, and enjoy the process.
- A minimum of 2 years in a food preparation role is required.
- ServSafe Manager Certification (training will be provided).
- Ability to meet the physical demands of a Chef's position, including bending, reaching, standing for extended periods, and lifting heavy items.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exhibit integrity, intelligence, honesty, and a willingness to learn and excel.
