Job Summary

As a key member of the rehabilitation team at LifeBridge Health, the Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Services will play a vital role in ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with the organization's mission statement and SPIRIT values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structured evaluations to assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs
  • Conduct general activity programs to promote independence and mobility
  • Assist in planning and implementing treatment programs for individuals with psychosocial dysfunction
  • Provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
  • Utilize knowledge of patient age-specific needs to ensure that care provided meets unique physical and psychosocial requirements
Requirements
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Less than 2 years of experience in occupational therapy
  • CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification
  • Initial OT certification by AOTCB or NBCOT
  • OT - Occupational Therapist (Maryland) licensure
