Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assemble and package menu items to company standards, ensuring that all food items are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Food Safety and Handling: Responsible for holding and storing all food items to follow food safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in unpacking and storing incoming inventory deliveries, ensuring that all inventory is properly stored and accounted for.
- Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment to company standards, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Team Support: Assist in the front-of-house operations as necessary, providing support to our team members to ensure excellent guest service.
Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. overhead.
- Communication Skills: Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for making observations, communicating with others, and reading and writing.
- Availability: Work 9-28 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
Education and Training:
- Training Program: In-store training program completed, with ongoing training and development opportunities available.
