We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at Mira Vie at Tinton Falls. As a CNA or HHA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including personal care, vital signs, and other trained procedures.
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Document all pertinent information regarding care and resident status.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Process, including care plan meetings and documentation of care delivered.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain a working knowledge of facility infection control procedures and emergency procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have six months of experience in a caregiving role or similar function.
- CNA or HHA certification required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
