Job Overview

Angela Scribe is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be efficient, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office records.
  • Assist with data entry tasks and ensure accurate input of information.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies; place orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location.
